Returns & Refunds
1. The only case where a refund is available
- Unopened large cans in original packaging
- Never opened, lid intact, no signs of use
- Not tinted (or a standard pure-white colour, not a custom tint)
- Order number available (find it in Track Order)
2. Not refundable (hard rules — please confirm before ordering)
- Large can opened / lid removed — opening is treated as use, no refund under any circumstances
- A/B components or powder + liquid already mixed — two-component products cannot be reverted; no refund whether used up or not
- Any tinted custom colour — a custom product; no change-of-mind returns for non-quality reasons
- Sample pack — separately purchased samples are not refundable on their own (sold separately at CNY 9.9 on the domestic online line; supplied free with the large can for export lines, not sold separately). It exists so you can test texture and application — please test before opening the large can
3. These two are not "returns" — they take a different route
Transit damage
Please inspect on delivery and photograph/film it (outer carton and product in the same frame), then give us the order number → we replace it or settle compensation.
Wrong / missing item
After we verify the order against what arrived, we replace it. Please keep the unboxing photos too.
Both are logistics liabilities, unrelated to whether the can was opened, so the first rule does not apply.
4. Refund process
- Contact us with your order number
- We verify: unopened, untinted, packaging intact
- Once confirmed, ship back as instructed (return freight follows the order terms)
- We receive and inspect the goods
- Refund to the original payment channel; timing depends on the channel
5. Cross-border orders: test with the sample before opening the can
Large cans in the export lines ship with a free sample pack (random colour, not sold separately). Please use the sample first to check texture and application, confirm with us, and only then open the large can — an opened can cannot be refunded, which is how we avoid the high cost and risk of cross-border return shipping.
