Shipping & Delivery

1. Delivery coverage

• Orders are accepted anywhere in mainland China, including Xinjiang, Tibet, Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Gansu and Ningxia.
• Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and overseas orders: see section 5, arranged via international channels.

2. How freight is calculated

• Single-can orders are charged by the logistics chargeable weight (net weight + roughly 1 kg packaging per can), not by square metres.
• Single-can freight is billed by chargeable weight — typically CNY 35–45 per can. Checkout pre-charges the lower bound of CNY 35; any excess is confirmed with you before dispatch.
• Reference: Lucca / Sepris / Messa 6 kg cans ≈ 7 kg; Varen 3 kg ≈ 4 kg; Zobel 5 kg ≈ 6 kg.
• For single-can orders to Xinjiang, Tibet, Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Gansu and Ningxia we use consolidation transit and bill at the carrier's actual rate — confirmed with you before dispatch.
• If the carrier must deliver to your door or carry the can upstairs, the local carrier rate applies and is advised before dispatch.
• Tinting is charged separately: CNY 10 per can for light colours, quoted on request for deep colours; it does not offset freight.
• The figure at checkout is an estimate. If our review differs by more than CNY 10 we will contact you before shipping.

3. Free-shipping threshold

• Any single order of 2 cans or more: free outbound freight (mainland China).
• Single-can orders: charged by chargeable weight as in section 2.
• Return freight is not covered: on a return, the buyer bears both directions (except replacements for quality issues).
• Full cartons or pallets (10 cans and above) ship by dedicated line; freight and unloading quoted separately.
• Sample packs and colour cards do not count toward the threshold; CNY 12 shipping each.

4. Lead times and dispatch

• In-stock orders: dispatched within 48 hours of payment; tinted orders add 1 working day.
• Estimated arrival: East/Central China 1–2 days; South/North/Southwest 2–3 days; Northeast/Northwest 3–5 days; Xinjiang/Tibet 5–8 days.
• The product contains liquid and, under national transport rules, can only travel by road; no air freight.
• From December to February, shipments to the Northeast, Northwest and Inner Mongolia (sustained sub-zero) get insulated packaging by default, or we schedule dispatch with you to avoid frost damage.
• Where a remote area needs counter pickup at a logistics point, we will call or message you before dispatch.

5. Duties & customs (overseas orders)

International freight, lead times and duty terms are being finalised — they will be published here once the logistics plan is confirmed. For now, please ask our team for a quote.

6. Damage and refusal

• Inspect before accepting: if the outer carton is damaged, the can leaks, or the lid is loose, refuse the delivery and take photos.
• Damage found after acceptance: send photos or video within 48 hours; once verified we replace free of charge — this is not limited by the "no returns once opened" rule.
• Wrong or missing items: verified, then replaced free of charge.
• Refusing delivery for non-quality reasons: the buyer bears both directions of freight.
• Return freight is borne by the buyer (return shipping is not covered); quality issues follow the replacement route in section 6.
